Breakfast meetings

Sometimes meetings do not require a separate room full of equipment. Get started with a breakfast meeting!

We serve breakfast from 7 am weekdays and from 7,30 am Saturdays and Sundays.
Get your meeting started with a healthy breakfast. You can then take your coffee with you and continue your meeting in our comfy chairs in the lobby.

Physical exercise increases your creativity.

Many have discovered "walking meetings" and with the surrounding forest, mossy rocks and the beautiful Lake Immeln, right outside Breanäs, offers the perfect surroundings.

It doesn't matter how many you are, we can still host your conference.
Small groups up to ten people fit in our board rooms. If more than ten - or if more space is needed - we have conference rooms that can be adapted to the size of the group using a sliding wall.
We can host conferences with up to 145 people. We also offer to arrange the conference room according to your needs!

Do you want the entire hotel to yourself? No problem!
All 40 rooms are yours, as well as all conference rooms, the lobby, the gym, the sauna and the adjacent team challenge building.
If you want us to adapt the hotel to your company profile, that can of course also be arranged. Our staff we be available to help you with whatever you need.

Food is important

Sitting down an entire day is dull, so we offer a number of activities to get you up and about. How about orienteering in a canoe? Stand-up padle, wine or beer testing, or take a walk along the beautiful Skåneleden hiking trail.
There are many options and each activity can be adapted to the number of participants.
Tell us about your ideas for a conference, and we will help you find an activity that helps build your team.

Taking a break to have some food - does it get any better?
All food that is served during your conference is prepared in our restaurant. We use local suppliers whenever possible. Our kitchen staff have good knowledge of allergies and healthy food, and we can accommodate most of your requirements.

For everyone's sake, here are the rules for cancelling a booking:

If you want to cancel an entire conference, you need to tell us at least 6 weeks ahead of your booked arrival date. After this, you will be charged 50% of all booked rooms, and 50% of all conference meals and booked activities.
Minor changes regarding the number of participants/rooms are free of charge as long as we are notified before 12 noon the day before your booked arrival date.
