Special Diet Policy
Definition of Special Diet:
All food that has been modified/adjusted in relation to the food that is served.
There are several reasons why we have a clear special diet policy:
* It is important to us that all our guests enjoy a great dining experience with high quality, regardless of whether they require a special diet or not.
* We want to avoid anyone becoming ill due to being served food they cannot tolerate.
* We work hard towards sustainability. Through structured work, we want to reduce food waste, which can be a greater risk factor with special diets.
* We wish to offer guests the freedom of choice so that you, as a guest, can choose the diet you prefer. However, some requests come with an increased price.
