Summer lunch

Served daily from June 22 to August 17, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Lunch will be served daily this summer in our beautiful orangery and on our open outdoor terrace. No pre-booking required – just drop by!
We're combining it with our lovely ice cream bar where you can enjoy a "dessert" after lunch, with delicious local ice cream from Ottoglass offering many different flavors.
Welcome to us for a summer lunch with a view over the beautiful Lake Immeln.

Vegetarian
Ratatouille with feta cheese, summer salad, and honey-roasted sunflower seeds
(Gluten-free)

Fish
Fish & Chips made with sustainable clarias from the Skåne-based Gårdsfisk,
served with our homemade remoulade and green peas
(Lactose-free)

Meat
Cold-sliced venison (dov deer) from the forests and meadows of Skåne,
served with a fresh new potato salad
(Gluten-free & lactose-free)

As our oceans are threatened by overfishing and few fish today are considered "green," i.e., not endangered in any way, we have chosen to use Clarias from Gårdsfisk.
