The surrounding nature is often called "Sweden's Southernmost Wilderness". If you go hiking here, you will know why. Hiking trails include a 2.5 km trail, a 4 km trail and the Skåneleden hiking trail with that crosses the Breanäs Hotel property.

We find that many hikers are asking for a "soft adventure". You get to experience nature while hiking or canoeing, but when night falls, you can be comfortable in a cosy bed, after taking a refreshing shower and eating a nice meal in the restaurant.
